Returns & Exchanges

At Celestron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our high-performance outdoor and scientific apparel. If your items do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
